VB .NET TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

( A0 V0 [# E: V! v( r2 OThis resource will be responsible for the following:
Technical Architect
* [( s$ F4 |! c5 k. B5 oIdentifies the technologies that would be used for the project.
Recommends the development methodologies and frameworks for the project.
4 X  |: F9 |2 b0 c4 ^, AProduce 4+1 architectural view design documents
Provides the overall design and structure to the application.
Establishes design/coding guidelines and best practices.
Mentors developers on best practices, guidelines and complex tasks.
Enforces compliance with coding guidelines using code reviews etc.
Assists management in assessing technical competence of developers.
* T$ Y# o0 a+ }+ I- q( aProvides technical advice and guidance to the project manager.
Guiding the team is doing proof of concepts and early risk assessments.

Identify project issues and risks as well as quality and scope deviation

Mandatory

All of the following skills must be actual project experience not educational experience and the actual time spent developing must match the years of experience required.

Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills

Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
0 n# t, a* Y2 V4 n  CMust have strong Object Oriented Application Development (OOAD) skills
- V' |- h8 A+ FMinimum 6 years of solid hands-on VB.NET coding experience.
" v6 Z/ @! U' g4 b! r! A6 UMust have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development experience
Minimum 8 years development experience with SQL Server
1 r0 m$ N" s& [& K& J  I# L& `Minimum 8 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience

Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
