Compensation: Journeyman 1 Automotive Mechanic (or 4th year Apprentices)

1 u d( a( x) M7 Y @$ W, RHours of Work: This position works 44 hours per week.
% z$ A6 V5 v# R' TDays of work are Monday through Friday, Saturday rotation.

Full-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles . d$ \% c9 `( k+ K k4 [
Requisition parts and materials, as required.
7 b* n" N+ ~! }' U! fCreate and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.
- {! p: I1 R1 ?2 z% {8 p4 KProvide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).
7 B8 ^$ g; T9 G$ G& mAccess technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.
1 G! j, l3 U& p' [Other assigned duties.

Applicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training./ a! p2 s4 i& @1 e% J" y
Applicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).. L7 V9 T* I! ^6 m3 k; d: d& J" ^7 C; M
Preference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles. 3 B I ? ~2 N/ \7 Y0 f9 c
