请问现在省提名多少个月可以通过审查？

如题，申请时9月底递交上去的，原来说是一个半到两个月结果就能出来，后来打电话说1到三个月，工签12月中旬就到期了，好着急啊~不知道现在大概多少时间可以知道自己通没通过呢？可不可以打电话去询问进度？

Depends on how complete your application package is.
skilled worker category: at least 1 month
8 e, T* j# o9 o$ A- Zsemi-skilled: at least 4 months.

不用急，材料递上去，在审查期间，即使你的签证过期，你也算合法待在加拿大。

工签过期了必须更新,即使你递交了AINP,否则用用过期的工签工作是不合法的. AINP 通过之后是PNP申请时,你还是要被要求提供合法的居住证明,TRV 或者WORK PERMIT, 这是CIC的CHECKLIST上原文:
If you live in a country other than your country of nationality, include a copy of your visa for the country in which you currently live.

谢谢大家的解答，我已经拿到AINP的nomination letter了， 用了一个半月左右吧，还算快了，工签延期已经递上去了，这样应该没问题了。
