costco只卖10公斤的和20公斤的，10公斤的那个好，白色袋子的。另外superstore的no name的10公斤的也行

what kind of result are you expecting?

( S( ^( a4 u' N0 `( ZI use them all the time, at first few trials, it did not give me a good result, now it is getting better and better, it depends on lots of other factors, not only the flour itself, this is my own experience. :)
