老区的房子比较贵,建的年份也比较早,所以要是里面有翻修过的话,一般都会贵一些,没翻修过的住进去没多长时间就要自己动,也是一大比支出。但好吃就是交通方便一点,离大学近一点,方便一点,以后要是出租的话也是容易一点。 ) D* D S e/ M' N7 m新区的房子,同样的房子,房价相对便宜,房子也是比较新的年份,缺点就是离大学远了一点,交通没那么方便。( R% D# s& v' Q$ O; q, U
