• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.
( W' Q: t- A1 C0 R" A• Oversee hotel security requirements. $ M" W `1 r% h7 ?) g% [8 S
• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
3 R3 g+ T- m T$ M• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
; C7 O: f$ [5 K9 v: _9 S1 M• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.) U8 c# V% d$ R
• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.
& A2 h) {6 c2 _) N, V" O• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.2 T& v2 t: G9 f3 j
• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.

• Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
8 b8 J9 x% F6 `1 M2 i• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.

• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.5 X% b4 a9 ^; L+ k% N
• Handle PMS computer problems in each department
6 g1 L/ K) k! h- t• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies

• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float & B& a4 C3 ]. L6 ?

1 x- U) Y! z9 x# l•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property

• Ability to lead and develop;5 @; D. b% i" R" N
• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;: o$ h8 s ^ p' B8 z
