Job Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel security requirements. # a* c% J* C/ L/ Q
• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.

& S" n/ `7 I. }, b* [• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.

• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.

• Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term. `7 T6 W8 F" q2 U0 Y
• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed. " S4 ^: u$ q6 h* w
• Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
) J! I& g0 B- j7 k4 O" n& J; f/ O, k• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.3 A7 n0 f$ r; c4 ]
• Attend Cluster meetings.
3 m- q: b. B ?2 m2 P; w• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.

• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies! O k0 h5 ~" @8 i: O4 v! ?
• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center
; z E9 G1 i9 k; q% v% W• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float

• Ability to lead and develop;
