LMO 申请因NOC code and Skill level 不一样所需文件和申请表格不一样. 大体是:1 h; O# I: c# P, p0 ~; S' v2 K& U
1.申请表 level A&B - HRSDC 5517, LevelC&D - HRSDC 5512' M' G w) T! b
2. Annex to appoint a representative 5520,
3 B3 a% K8 ^; j; `& |1 I1 `3.Advertisements, e.g. Canada Job Band, and other proof of ad,5 a* B- K2 N B0 f0 \
4. Summary of applicants (Chart),8 S% }! ]. U7 P- V& W
5. Business license
7 [9 P$ N( \7 q6 d- G6.Employer support letter to the employee(applicant)
- f* a3 F: y R) N; t4 x4 q- v7.employer tax documents

估计服务中心要的是support letter. LMO 有多种情况. 以上只是参考而已.good luck.
