Position Overview:
, H; c! I& a. ]1 iTo provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

( J- Y# h0 W  o: U/ o# aResponsibilities
: a3 q5 P7 O. Z6 V: p* V, x( n; Q) Y•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
: |4 w  G4 a0 S% w/ e/ y* ]•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
. O1 O' i5 Y5 U•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships

; V5 j8 {% f* ~( ]$ q•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
" q4 o/ B/ l3 ]& z$ f9 z•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan
