; K0 k, s& \$ t/ e- M•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages9 b) L0 X: A* h9 m( z
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents& H3 ]5 A; Q( D' |8 G8 ]6 h5 ~2 ~
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages7 q% {# _! g' D* S
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
3 g% ]' g, l4 F8 I4 _* A# d•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
( O+ g3 o% g% ~5 C4 ]& I" S•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships& f3 M) p2 ]; G5 k" m
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle7 u: H% A6 h. [# C5 E1 h
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
' S8 j* T' g A) i, @4 t•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
