新移民医疗卡的问题

我以前是留学生 今年4月底才成移民的
" f; \& v5 f5 J+ c6 P& C成移民之后我知道要去换sin number
/ D+ \, D4 K% K9 B% _8 \# e但是我不知道医疗卡怎么弄
我现在的医疗卡就是以前半的免费的那种
变成移民后以前那个免费办的还能用吗？
+ `4 Q1 |4 l8 q; h  M/ _# Q; p而且需要办什么新的吗？
不太明白
