How is the area of Callaghan

It looks cheaper than other area of new house. Why?
Terwillegar south and Rutherford, which area is better?

Callaghan不便宜吧，便宜的是对面的Allard

Callahan 里面没有公共设施，所以地价就比旁边其他的地方便宜

There were some public open lots and the houses were built by some small mid-east Indian builders or by owners. The finishing looks good. I like their counter top, hard wood and design, etc. Don't know the quality of the house. Sometimes you can see the unprofessional work if you pay a little bit tension to details.

This is one of the reason. I personally like some of the houses there.

高人呀，你怎么知道那些是unprofessional? 我也听人说过那个区的一些房子是小的建筑商建的，not professional。我自己怎么觉得看上去都差不多

你看到车库靠近大门的地方有个侧门的都是老印盖的房子，他们就是小的bulider，一年盖个3， 5 套，里面装修的水平就象国内包工队的一样，你可以看到明显的活做的比较粗糙

老板自己在framing 公司干了很多年，现在自己从印度把自己的侄子外甥都招过来盖房子，只有他会英文，干活，salesman，砍价全他自己来

爱屯有几百上千个builder，大部分都很小。一般都集中在低端，或高端。中间价位的被量产型大builer垄断。不少好区，都有，并只有，一个极度山寨的房子。

从地块价格也可看出建造质量。目前35万是一条分水岭。达到这个价位的地块，即使是小builder造，也会做工精良。很多比大builder强太多。达不到35万地块的，就要小心了，有一定可能会山寨。
