talked to the tire shop, where I am going to get my tires changed, they told me that they will provide a free visual check of the vehicle and tell me if they found anything wrong and needs further inspection, and in most cases I shouldn't need a full inspection for a 3yr old car, with low mileage. 5 [& t* E( j6 @3 r1 q/ o- L0 ghope this information is somehow helpful to people like me, having very limited experience with vehicles. :-)
