只说我看到的sterling homes 和pacesetter home的地基表象

sterling homes的房子车库下面是没有钢筋混泥土水泥地基的，车库上面还建个bonus room，建好了房子还贵点。
pacesetter的房子车库下面是有钢筋水泥地基的，现在到处都是他们夏天打好的地基，估计冬天才开始建。不信可以自己去看，傻子一看那打好的地基形状都明白。

我看见的sterling homes的房子车库下面是没有钢筋混泥土水泥地基的表象，是不是他们把泥土回铺遮住了车库下面的地基呢？

不会吧，应该是一致的，除非是不同的方形。不符合Code，City 是不会贴Stiker的，这样工程就会停止。

每个车库大约有8-10个直径是 10 inches 的水泥磴子在地基下面.

我查了我房子的图纸，车库用的是screw piles--也是地基的一种。
网上的解释如下：

对，现在他们就在弄那个水泥柱子了，然后把柱子围起来就是车库墙脚，终于看明白了。

自己去看，到处都是打好的不包括车库的地基。要看赶紧，迟了就建起来了，现在已经在打柱子了。

就这个builder的房子，langdale in windermere 的同样房型比其他地方如Allard贵很多。

木结构的房子本身很轻，车库下面没有地下室，screw pile已经足够。地下室部分的钢筋混凝土结构主要用来对抗周围回填土的压力。

screw pile 不用开挖，也就不用回填。新房子的grading下沉基本上都是由回填土造成的。
