`# P- Q( C$ `) E: {To provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

Primary Objective/Duties of position:

k9 W- ? w3 F, [ Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
. t C L- c, l9 P Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business; K- s0 {3 v, d5 y$ T- [( {; E
Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
, n- D" Y% {1 z. P$ Y Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
9 i, q* t- Z: u) y Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
( T+ p, r% H! C* X( w/ _' K1 C* [( B Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes2 Y3 i# z" E0 a1 x$ S. v
Actively participate in training initiatives* Q w6 f) b. }# w# X
Participate in community marketing initiatives6 O& r' o" Y7 z2 |( Z
1 U- }4 u1 [, q. o0 lThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

: s/ I3 {" X: f& P+ h% @: f High School and or Post Secondary Education
- ?, K6 X4 N, T7 E" e Previous customer service experience
% V) m: b$ j' b* h Previous sales experience an asset5 B( y" h6 M# @9 O* n
General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain- d; V' o E" v0 G5 D' o8 Y. }
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
$ p- u6 L4 K$ l Strong analytical and organizational skills
7 R; E- Y( I) ]1 u* u# p Excellent verbal and written communication skills
