One windermere 涨价15% 近2月

9月builder 给同一plan，前2天再去，居然从609000 涨到689000. 象 是打土豪。不敢再凑热闹了，不觉的它有高出其它区太多的理由，它应该是交通商业闹区，生活方便而已，如果不是靠湖靠山，这肉被割的有点不值
