2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
+ T% d2 |* T, b9 @  o3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.
