请教：关于外省汽车如何上牌的问题？

我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

下一步应该是先买保险，还是先做车检？最后上牌？

These are what I knew.
' C3 H4 p" ~/ }: M8 W% {* g# W/ d1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
8 z: H, C5 N" F. G" g0 V9 c2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
: |7 u2 F4 P; Y3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

3 M9 D2 Y  {  N1 d1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
