1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical 1 s2 L% _" B/ J

2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean $ v3 B R, `0 Z3 V* b' q7 h& Nthe price will decrease further. The price came back on August. 7 D7 k2 V5 R: @3 D; C/ p3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
