# P" x6 k% v1 V0 c' A( u/ X2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
' y. b; Y! f2 y  F# c, |4 G3. Blue color: price change each month.

Comments:

2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
# w! ~2 X: \- q8 O( q' m3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
