2 H+ C! u7 `. {- }$ y) u1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; 0 D" R/ p0 G) C
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;, x( @8 U* Y- e1 x
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
6 a0 r: C6 V/ K# h$ _- a4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; / ]& `0 f, t8 O+ h" w7 ^  K
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;( U5 m# D8 O5 Q7 {3 d1 q
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; ' G$ ~) y) V6 b% ?
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

0 f' a) p' x( B. b) U/ m' A•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
- t# w' S5 ]5 c( A- V2 k•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.6 `* q0 M$ ]. X1 P
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
