JOB DESCRIPTION  f3 v0 n( C& ?% U! I: W; _
1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; # d' F6 `2 _1 ^. V7 |) a+ K# P9 n. f
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
* E- ?. N: p5 D3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
9 q. ^# B. f' ]) g. W' n) r4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; ' w& H" }: x3 o. x  a
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;/ u+ x6 ?' y4 _+ V1 L3 }
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;   f, I" I+ }4 q1 h* }- o4 L  H
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.9 `  ?6 b! c4 y; F: g- e
" b7 _2 U7 P1 ]; [- k/ p' C: V, J# l
Qualifications:
' [! @2 S+ q* m* u) e•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.7 @1 U( c, n2 p1 _8 ?. y' ]
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
. t" P  ]* ?9 I•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
8 P# o; Y0 M! s4 e8 c•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.  H+ A4 N1 \' u- ]* O
•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker
