如題, 那是CONDO, 目前還在興建當中. 最快12月或1月才拿鑰匙.
0 E4 G( U/ J( |! k& N請問跟BUILDER簽合約後, 要立即找律師處理文件上的手續嗎?
% P" w, d3 V$ G8 Q( r請問有沒有人能介紹能說中文的律師, 價廉的. 能說廣東話更佳.

Don't worry about the lawyer if you are not building a house.
The process is very simple, schedule an appointment with a lawyer, ask for the fee and the amount to the builder, get 2 certified checks or money orders.  Go to the appointment, sign the paperwork, give the lawyer money and take the key!
9 X2 \0 M' u$ p6 P) o% ~6 ]It took us only 30 mins when we bought our brand new (already been built) house from a builder.
8 c' N5 M* ^5 d* c+ Z7 C1 wAnd you only do this when the house is ready for possession.
