I have been looking into Windermere.
& u- D; n# o1 X, c) ]6 R$ FMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
% t3 V- c9 { ~$ @7 E/ ]Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.% q, s$ I% c* j" t' ~7 ?& x
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.. _) q8 U2 s% p# d) f

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.! p/ X$ G% W; r. y0 c2 i
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
