I have been looking into Windermere.9 f) ~; k! @5 x# M. i3 y
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.; X0 O( e& H- A6 v

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
& ]# s7 L' T( w/ ?& q) `Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.! q$ N$ ?4 x- r; h" }+ b
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
