I have been looking into Windermere.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.' ]/ A3 ~' Y0 y. r- u
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.& |( @, c" A$ }& R* K; G- F- |) [
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

What type of housing you are looking for?
, j$ Z6 e5 p& V/ o yThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
