土豆沙拉。

用蛋黄搅拌均匀，一边搅拌一边加入沙拉油，直到粘稠成酱为止

拌，加盐等调味料（忘了在哪儿加，或许也可以在沙拉酱里

加）。均匀后即可食用。我姥姥家的聚餐，每次都有这个。材料

的），搅拌均匀即可食用，味道和卖的差不多（因为用的都是

Eggs: Boiled and cut into cubes
Dressing: Mayonnaise; Mustard; Sweet Relish; Salt; Pepper--mixed together to taste
1 v2 Y) D# n$ `; u; e1 f* vMix Potato, egg cubes with the above dressing, put into fridge to chill. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some cayenne pepper powder on top. Serve any time you want.
