reasonable price, good area(future plan: town center, school, LRT), close to highway.
8 l, s1 I0 p& r- {8 |5 m8 Tlow maintenance. that's why Allard was picked. Gradonhill might be better? i dont know.
new townhouse to whole family instead of separate rooms.
