最近gradonhill和allard都有开始售连排townhomes
. b+ o+ N& ~3 x' T' i想咨询下大家觉得这两个区升值空间大些？交通便利啊，学区啊，出租等方面

low maintenance. that's why Allard was picked. Gradonhill might be better? i dont know.
new townhouse to whole family instead of separate rooms.
