大家能分享一下最好的贷款利率吗？房子已看好，不知跟哪个银行比较合适。谢谢。

我比较了 cibc和bmo的利率（因为我是留学生别的银行不做留学生贷款）cibc 是2.4 bmo给的是2.65 （正常也是2.4 留学生多加0.25） cibc不一定保证能批下来 bmo能保证做下来

Scotiabank has a program to guarantee mortgage approval: Interest rate right now, for a limited time: variable 2.40%, fixed 5 years 2.99%; Some conditions apply. Although there is no guarantee, but I HAVE NOT SEEN any application declined.

Based on my experience and knowledge, 2.4% appears likely to be variable interest rate.

I know that Scotiabank 做留学生贷款. They have a Asian Mortgage Development Manager in charge of this program. Rate is very very competitive.
