Emergency responder
, F5 ~9 I; B$ I; s' hA firefighter uses an extrication tool at the IIHS Vehicle Research Center in Ruckersville, Va. during a First Responder Emergency Extrication event. Fire departments from the Mid-Atlantic region tested Holmatro gear on late-model cars provided by State Farm.
