no major 5 or 6 big banks have that 2.15%, unless someone has significant significant amount of investment to negotiate for that deep discount(like private banking clients).

2.79% is a piece of cake, every one of the big five banks offers that, or even 2.70% for 5 year fixed with passing credit score.
