We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

# G7 Q& b3 `  t& TCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments  Q7 G( H% [' E) Z# R
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies0 k7 A$ ^) V3 V4 _
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines2 Z1 ?' L. h# \1 J
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;- {0 Y' k$ k7 c. ~
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
2 A) g) b3 U  Z8 l; _Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;8 o5 l6 C3 \) E# q
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
( ^& Z9 \0 [/ `' u" C$ V: ]Conduct all work within established time standards;
# m7 G/ p7 m. L7 h/ @/ EEssential Knowledge and Skills
/ B' v/ Q- `9 Y* e3 e% ?9 l$ ~

Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;( z# b5 `  C* }) i8 F" x5 I
Time management skills are critical;
4 R3 j+ d3 _" @! U; QAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;- N8 I  X7 r: |7 [( ]
Attention to detail and accuracy;
; Y1 X* |5 S# QStrong organizational and computer skills;
5 x5 |* \9 Y! W2 l( s% \Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
2 t! u( E9 b: n+ uComputer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;( y" p$ [: }6 Q* A. p6 t7 X! f7 r
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;! I8 `: [9 Y2 M: i9 w- y
Ability to work with minimal supervision;

Ability to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
