3 ?$ i7 o1 A& t! a( G3 `5 ZWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

+ C" I+ K9 h: l% I9 m" ^7 SCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments4 X8 P+ G7 B* j2 ~1 _
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies3 R5 y; C+ n0 T9 K' x
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
* V9 c6 J6 }5 L' J2 M+ c8 IManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
; A: Y& l6 {# hOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
6 v0 z# S) a9 @; c8 G. l6 pEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;9 a& a4 w( |5 z- d& O
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.; r; g- e: A$ B8 U* P8 R+ k7 i
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;" ~( D5 U+ H% Y. _/ t
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;, B; B# p/ W' N$ `2 x( C) f
Time management skills are critical;5 X- Q) L6 D# \+ g" o' U- m
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
/ `) G6 A- y+ ]6 b0 KAttention to detail and accuracy;! W2 ^/ y& l3 L' M/ v
Strong organizational and computer skills;
' C$ G1 ~2 S3 bExcellent verbal and written communication skills;
9 f3 q: Q. b2 B" `( R0 |5 ZComputer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;& N4 X. ]' u9 G1 I+ {8 R2 E
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
1 E% B$ Y/ {% @6 z; U* GAbility to work with minimal supervision;6 L1 S: U0 b! A' _
Self-directed and highly motivated; and

  P! E; r& ~7 w6 p; @Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;

! }1 z8 G5 x% ?6 J5 uRecently graduates are welcome to apply.
