The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

9 Z% c9 W7 e' E$ ]3 LCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments2 K5 }3 ^/ g ^% @) h+ ~, [2 u
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
: ?! l& f* q2 k' Q0 G4 o2 c* sAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines/ S; k% x0 X% W: E5 M& o
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
1 @& b7 V p$ y) _6 J- W# b0 L: pOversee file management for all LMIA matters;; y- u( T$ P4 e6 J9 e
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;! y. v8 n0 O: a$ S8 ?
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.) I! s1 g2 h! D. q ^- @8 \
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Strong organizational and computer skills;

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;: j3 p9 X4 Q0 R1 T
