" L! F1 p3 F- g* K5 t- \I am at work. I can use English only to answer the RF1 question. RF1 was not allowed to subdivide until this year 2015, which is why lots of RF1 stay with big lots. It is still under discussion and public hearing sometimes. Every time, I have a client to subdivide a RF1 lot, we make a tentative plan and suggest no guaranty it will be approved even it meets the minimum lot width. I do have some rejections and appeals going on.
