！！！！紧急求助，关于租车剐蹭！！！

我一哥们这几天从其他省来屯子里玩，他用他的信用卡在hertz租的车。尴尬的是，我们把车停在一个没有监控的停车场，后来的时候发现车头的左前侧被剐蹭了，被剐蹭的大概面积是10cm×15cm左右，车是15款的卡罗拉，大概2万多公里。他说他用的是MBNA的SmartCash信用卡，据说包含CDW保险，我们现在也找不到是谁剐蹭的，想求助下怎么处理？想咨询下是要我们自己来修补，还是直接联系hertz，还是联系信用卡保险？

问题已经解决。直接去还的车，Hertz的人看了看说问题不大，给50刀吧。我们就在租车费用之外又另加了50刀，嫌再联系信用卡保险太费事儿。感谢各位提供的建议和帮助，再次表示感谢

感觉还是直接打电话给信用卡公司，并且去hertz咨询一下吧

刚刚在网上查的，貌似信用卡保险是含这个的

如果信用卡的保险cover最好，否则自己找bodyshop修吧，联系herz麻烦事

No worry at all. SmartCash's CDW covers the damages on the rent car, only if the rent car's MSRP is no more than 50k. Corona fits that condition. Call MBNA customer services for instructions. Good luck!
