- K( Z- J3 }$ S9 vWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
3 ]( {& a. m7 `4 ?5 iWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
1 ?1 l5 o+ X* b% o2 J; v& JAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
2 H1 [8 o C# u% f" fManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;! [0 `* ~" R9 U' r
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
0 k: j4 g3 h9 `, L1 E* _Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;! D, J6 m2 [- p3 N3 b5 F3 [
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.. }% I, @8 i8 g1 N1 C% l
Conduct all work within established time standards;
