The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

8 f% w Z9 c) ]7 ]Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
0 `- i1 Z6 u( k9 p DAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines! X5 G% V0 @, D( m7 O- J. x( Y N# h4 k
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;5 O. E1 {9 v; H5 s, J# d
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
* p \3 T, y1 K$ S* ~Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
6 E3 L5 _6 ~7 N" M: h6 [+ bConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.. O7 x% p' S# h6 _* G
Conduct all work within established time standards;
