The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments6 c& r& U q0 j- |) N; a" J
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies j/ M8 D# h- N$ ^& r$ v; a# `
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
0 e6 }3 j8 h$ kManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;$ _* H5 O/ I) e+ j- y1 H L) u
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
4 W8 D% X n$ Y3 ZEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;8 q8 F( P+ ?$ c8 T
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
