Airport Ramp Agent's are responsible for the loading and unloading of baggage, cargo, mail from a variety of aircraft types and airlines. Personnel are trained in logistically transferring baggage to and from different aircraft, servicing aircraft potable water & lavatories, aircraft pushback, and deicing aircraft during winter operations.
