Key Responsibilities

Ø        Manage finished goods and meat inventory in BPCS
8 ]( t7 c' F6 \+ l- @8 O6 dØ        Train and liase with Operations, maintaining and improving inventory accuracy.
Ø        Daily communication with Production Scheduler/Formulator
- }* |2 s6 z, L" }  v6 |Ø        Analyze variances on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and summarize data in a report format.
, x9 P/ u6 U. ^5 o. YØ        Data collection, entry and validation
+ z% i/ U. x3 M: hØ        Stock and maintain various office items & equipment

) P8 u4 o  s% }0 [) p2 L2 LØ        Post secondary education in business, accounting or a related discipline.
Ø        Excellent spreadsheet skills - Microsoft Excel.
Ø        Working knowledge of a mainframe computer system such as BPCS
: F8 C% w) X) B# \Ø        The ability to prioritize in a continuously changing environment.
