7 ]( z5 h; k. i( [• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
3 w5 n& q w2 v7 N/ t/ L- r! K• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
- f7 S6 H1 u& N1 ]9 @• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible

. X* R" R7 O* t• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study+ B' J3 P( Q! M! O/ w( s
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills4 J+ N0 `: I: T; e& P4 y5 H! Z+ a3 i
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers4 ?6 O1 n( Z5 G7 A' L
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)7 J, |: P! `/ C
