• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.+ f7 Q! Z& B8 x
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
5 @ G9 S$ [- C$ s. N {3 N6 x% Y• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible" J- M h( {5 |: L9 M

# K- ^) C$ J* ^• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role! V. `$ x) h# z. ~1 P- R
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
O6 O! g" Y( v- n• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills8 P5 ^3 R$ A4 k
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
* k- o% {2 q4 _' V+ [• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)6 u# d& u, t, U$ J5 H5 y4 e$ R; W
