Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission./ K3 R* w' f' H9 R- ?& J
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
* G/ e2 k* w0 @1 z+ w· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.$ x* C; s$ Y2 N5 `' N( C
· Manages report database.; K" z6 W9 C: p* [
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

1 j# C' r3 J: G, [Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.9 o8 w: c( q# j+ F U$ ^0 `# F
3 h- n2 W* R2 W) s- n$ EExcellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
