! z1 W& R, ~0 e0 ~% Y; WProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.) M+ s% Y7 l% X% s% c4 S6 {, d

/ M8 v0 @' }" g0 rEssential Duties and Responsibilities:( j+ y' r$ v% f3 _% N0 z) z
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
: [ y; p& i; K5 Z0 Z· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.' }/ V5 j* ?0 Z) o' a4 \
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.% M& G$ g( W3 H. _9 A
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.% y* y. a! j6 k3 ~# o
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

Knowledge and Skills:
0 Z$ S' J r% d3 R. A2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

1 R/ ]! X) L& u- V4 a2 yCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
