$ M( i; u1 c8 V9 `; c; tProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

& Q( M8 G$ O( f% jEssential Duties and Responsibilities:* ~/ {, o# Z. N4 X
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
9 C2 J4 z1 |+ d6 G5 O4 Z5 K· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.. J: u9 ?. a, z4 x, b N+ y1 X
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
* S) \! }* r. t- j0 Q2 m· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.4 e+ I, T2 j0 R
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

( {- F. z0 G1 g2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset., j; m+ W- ~* ^" R$ x

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
