. z* Y3 F& s: V/ ?+ cProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.. e% H, G, a( Q+ b

) _$ X0 L5 G- lEssential Duties and Responsibilities:2 `0 a: j( N# i" m8 C
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
; h. x) [& Q3 r! u* m· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
/ }# @- l; ]7 g3 o* A· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.1 `) [: v# g3 b9 j
· Manages report database.
! K9 f: e. P7 Q" h: k( T( v S· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.: s3 a4 o2 s }
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.. E3 _) k9 x. k* _, {% N
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

Knowledge and Skills:
6 H2 l& y2 r) ?1 P0 E" q3 v2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.& g- _* H/ S3 W y$ O
1 V8 v4 P# |6 K" X: pCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.$ R0 W' t6 v7 B+ Q7 v7 \5 H* e! x" J

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
