Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
4 {: F* Y/ B5 V: P· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
& D5 [& j, R4 P7 i+ W9 y· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
" O, z+ a. f* z; S R3 M· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
: g$ R0 \/ D9 E- X p k+ x* [· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

Knowledge and Skills:- x1 _- c5 V+ E# s" i( R
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.9 Y. {5 t. G- h- e8 o
# k( u7 s- h, z/ a" kCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.# \' p, ], z4 B9 c) l6 A/ } T4 H! j
