use real food, and the freshest ingredients to pack our pitas full of flavour. As a Pita Pro, you are not
only an expert at preparing the guest’s pita, but an expert in engaging with our guests and creating a
memorable experience.

Duties and responsibilities
 Contribute to a positive team environment
3 J5 X2 ]$ k& X7 _" t! _/ s Provide the highest level of hospitality by engaging and interacting with guests
0 h4 {; O4 Z7 v) g+ Z! ? Prepare all food and beverage items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
 Anticipate and respond to flow of orders to ensure timely completion of all food items
 Knowledgeable about the menu and can communicate this to the guests
 Accurately complete all station set up and closing procedures
 Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times
! }% ]+ W, |6 K; D9 ^ Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices
 Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your station at all times
 Follow all operational policies and procedures
7 C; \! S! w( p( H- ]% @ Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

Qualifications & Experience
 Previous experience in a service environment preferred

 Ability to learn quickly

 Constant standing/walking for duration of shift on a hot cooking line
