Key Responsibilities:
/ v0 V" f8 q" ]0 i- E• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.0 P4 Y+ Y7 H5 |& m7 @
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete. W2 R8 P0 v, q% O4 y
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents." s7 _4 E# d6 G) Y L, Q
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
4 {* V2 |, \* u" h3 m• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.. ^6 @* C9 r$ C- ^9 E7 J
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.& K* S& z9 l0 F! ]9 ]+ e4 r( P5 D
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.9 ?. U% a4 p- g9 u8 B( U8 f N
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.% k8 B% S7 D4 I" a+ e

Required Skills & Abilities:% A8 E% i. r) [; m5 n3 h9 c, E* M: w3 |
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset- [6 G) R- ^. J; x h$ ^) p
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
* q5 J0 Y) f6 L& J# Z. a• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
