• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

1 Y: {3 @" f+ S• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.* l ?/ W& w9 y5 e! u
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
# n4 q8 v' K7 H! l! u% E6 m• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
4 v# p! v- j. L& W• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
& E+ S3 y3 @" D) R( k# `• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
* q" z- A1 D( r3 _7 m% u• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
t( l* e: H& O- ?• Perform route inspections as required.
0 K; P" u' n, | g• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
7 w7 G" L0 c" h9 e5 R& I• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.6 c5 ~4 o3 _' H" M% T) j5 ^
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
4 s8 R3 A5 L6 e' m• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)1 p0 M) p7 V3 b5 p: d# `, o
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills$ Z; L) I2 L. `0 }/ v' r4 @
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal6 v3 V; ^% a. B' M1 ]: w* y# f
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
