Key Responsibilities:
' y# J' A- |' U) h3 ?7 `9 ^• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

1 G; |! ~4 X; E- I5 E# d0 v• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
, i+ E" j+ Z, w& U9 }• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
|* g4 X' y2 X$ A H! _# q/ `0 _• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
5 L/ p2 Y- I4 {, Y, A: B2 a• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.5 g& m9 ?& z( c& d. Y' r( n
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.: a x" U# U8 H% Y8 a" ]+ ]8 T+ Y; S
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).6 b! m( [" l% s# K) N# ^2 D& W9 W
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.; K2 g7 @0 o$ M3 o/ I( M
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation. @2 o" S- h0 v; n5 O; Z6 J$ Y
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.- U. o5 P) N( A
9 Z% Q8 g1 D ]$ uRequired Skills & Abilities:
& Q2 Y" `/ d% u/ h& T# c• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
9 T+ g. w) C8 U q& d• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
7 q: G$ f( r8 K2 r& c) [2 S• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)3 t" P( ~/ d0 s- Y, V+ R( Y" t, D ?
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
V/ Q2 q' j! W' x• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
$ W, P) K6 x8 _: C• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- e u( B* `6 A& D: k• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
