十一月独立屋销售均价上涨3.95%

/ ~+ E: r2 `% V! c* I$ Z9 r埃德蒙顿12月2日报道：相比2016年十月，11月份独立屋平均成交价上升了3.95%，双拼/联排上涨了6.39%，公寓则温和下降了1.68%。相比去年同期，今年11月份独立屋销售均价上升了1.76%，公寓销售额下降了11.41%。& A8 w+ y2 z$ @4 j( M3 R
/ {$ K9 y' m# f" H8 Q2 k11月份，大爱城区所有住宅平均售价上涨了2.52%，为$373,174。其中独立屋均价升至$440,496，双拼/联排升至$353,818, 公寓降至$241,569。11月份独立屋的销售均价仅次于今年7月份，为2016年单月第二高。

独立屋销售持续良好,11月份的平均上市天数为52天，与上一个月相同，比去年同期少了3天。但公寓和双拼/联排都受到季节性市场转变的影响，公寓平均上市天数为79天，双拼/联排为74天，两者分别比去年同期增加了17和18天。

11月份的住宅库存量为6493，比去年上升了7.45%。
