; F) b; W5 k# `/ Z; I# V• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
& m' ^! s9 U  g7 x; B   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
! j5 K4 p8 H% _" A; ~$ l   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
1 o8 w; R9 J! f: c   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
9 r9 U5 e6 ]9 I) r/ Q5 M8 I9 [. }2 h   o Microsoft Operations Manager
. @3 a2 l% \3 i   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
0 k: w. z/ g( w/ t  n8 t) g3 {   o Linux based operating systems
8 V& P* Q4 g, j/ K. Z   o Sun Solaris operating systems
; l+ e" n4 V5 K" j& o   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
0 A) X, e- {0 M4 x: _platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
! n: \  R! {9 q' x• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
4 Z2 J8 L& ^: Z( z; T; D- s! ~7 j• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
  H7 O& s# v: q" {% u1 e• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
0 }2 ~; ^# u# ^0 O! D7 W; e9 h. }• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
  V: B% ?, v& j' r  b# Q   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
  ?( @' j( M* i+ _& ^9 _" Z; K8 w   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
" \7 o  y) [9 a+ B6 \. m   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
/ [9 _0 n' p9 |   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus

: \# t( y1 X- w4 E3 s• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
