SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
; @/ V2 I* b/ J: H• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
. z1 B. |( r6 @6 h" s1 t6 s   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
5 _! p/ I- ]/ q8 v. a3 H   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
) r- m$ x9 o; ~( [   o Microsoft Operations Manager
: k) r; ?9 M7 _( Z$ R: t: w6 w   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
( [) j2 K* ^% o6 r! M/ i   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
# z* ?3 s9 I8 D; E3 }" X• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
! H& ?9 ]% F% ~4 A1 N• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
% e6 t7 ?: t; d4 P2 R3 `• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
1 s: Y4 `) w2 d" rplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

$ ?# W: Q4 x6 C• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
/ N& d- y2 q; n. Z" o2 [6 w   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service

• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
0 D  V4 x* n: {& E• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
