/ ^1 T, m1 z% Z5 s) R: z• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:+ {: t0 g& B. X
o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 20039 A- P0 S0 n' z8 X: H4 i. [
o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
9 P3 K* G/ J) c+ Y: E9 i o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
* _8 e z% ?) n o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
e! d; M! e- F3 \ o Microsoft Operations Manager# O8 u* z7 {5 W" h; z
o VMWare Virtual Server solutions) L, _5 e( \5 k, B9 C3 [
o Linux based operating systems' X/ D/ i0 b/ b* @1 I
o Sun Solaris operating systems
0 k+ U9 `3 S8 ~. ~ o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
/ l6 g8 m# X& Y& k• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.. j0 s5 e" W' H3 H% g7 F
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
; V# h. D% D9 ~9 D _8 T+ Y• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows2 y, i1 W9 m% N; s
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft1 x e( P/ [, i; f+ q
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
