DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT
SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:

+ y5 m+ C1 s# t5 I   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003

* ?. C5 Q2 ]8 u* w3 b- v" {$ h. F   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
5 W: _/ `6 R6 B0 T  s4 q* Y   o Microsoft Operations Manager
) s- \2 m6 _+ Z* x/ [   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
6 T6 U' N& R! v   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
+ @* Z/ e/ ^& L4 g6 J• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
3 k( f4 W5 n# C, s• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
2 U0 ?3 I* j; hSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

9 E  E- O# X0 j5 C2 O  @- ASKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
0 M: a: ~5 H! x6 m" M• Excellent written and verbal skills
6 L  J% f4 |0 M+ A$ S• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
6 A: X! C3 y$ y# p* F   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
" f7 n% i: z& z: v1 Y' K/ r4 x   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
: A: Q3 `3 w1 V1 r% p5 A   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
# H+ G9 p. e& s5 K   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
0 v" s# V! |4 H6 B( o   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus

• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service

• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
6 I! ~1 o4 J4 p; p( D9 e3 B' l• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
6 C  N+ N  g9 R• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
