• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:

o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003

o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003* I1 i; @4 B7 Z% I& c
o Microsoft Operations Manager5 u: u5 A3 u+ {1 n5 z
o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
. s2 C8 E$ f5 k. A+ @( L( L+ ~ o Linux based operating systems
& C" s) Z: h; g& `5 Q: S o Sun Solaris operating systems8 u7 Y; D. C( x P) S
o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience( H' X3 v, i$ U
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc./ J5 J( E3 x! |
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls/ }/ X* P/ s C/ `# x. e
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
5 `: m' I9 a* B/ ^1 c" [& F. n* ~& Xplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
9 w& ^. | M9 x+ ^3 }SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
( ]$ {: T/ i5 a7 @• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
+ i# {+ P( @" T; E• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.! {+ ]; S" s2 j7 S- i. C
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
