SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
7 p$ `& t9 N, L; a   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
7 L) b% _( s! Q" _! [( D: q$ _) O   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
. s2 C8 E$ f5 k. A+ @( L( L+ ~   o Linux based operating systems
& C" s) Z: h; g& `5 Q: S   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows

3 t  G+ j" Q- k% C2 P8 ?• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

+ U4 w# Y  \5 Y/ u- w8 y* ZSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
7 H, E# v; ~/ N6 X9 a• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
+ M  x% s3 d. |   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)

5 T: R, S. f% P8 _   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
( ]$ {: T/ i5 a7 @• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
+ i# {+ P( @" T; E• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
