Volunteer Mentors: Celebrate Science Literacy Week with Children Coding Workshop                                                                                   
Description:
& E+ d& m; X& o9 S. Z/ T* z“Science Literacy Week highlights Canada’s outstanding scientists and science communicators from coast-to-coast. The goals are to showcase the excellence and diversity of Canadian science and to show how exciting science is."
4 c5 M, L, @" pAs part of Science Literacy Week, Kids Code Jeunesse will be running free workshops for kids across Canada from Sept 18th – Sept 24th in Libraries and community centres to introduce children to science and code.
& F* ?% [; R# B, H4 h, G6 ZThis September, Kids Code Jeunesse will be in the Edmonton area and we need your help! We're looking for volunteer mentors for Coding workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- mentoring learners and providing support to our lead instructors to help create a warm, friendly and inclusive learning environment for children
