Volunteer Mentors: Celebrate Science Literacy Week with Children Coding Workshop

# T* }, s7 U$ K- x! ?5 y, b) m“Science Literacy Week highlights Canada’s outstanding scientists and science communicators from coast-to-coast. The goals are to showcase the excellence and diversity of Canadian science and to show how exciting science is."
( z, o9 C/ o& n" I3 x' d- pAs part of Science Literacy Week, Kids Code Jeunesse will be running free workshops for kids across Canada from Sept 18th – Sept 24th in Libraries and community centres to introduce children to science and code.
- ?! S) s* O% z0 I; nThis September, Kids Code Jeunesse will be in the Edmonton area and we need your help! We're looking for volunteer mentors for Coding workshop.
. r( T' {! c% y0 _Key Responsibilities:
( R9 Y) ?5 n1 s+ w, T* y. f$ L0 P4 b- mentoring learners and providing support to our lead instructors to help create a warm, friendly and inclusive learning environment for children
