Volunteer Mentors: Celebrate Science Literacy Week with Children Coding Workshop

“Science Literacy Week highlights Canada’s outstanding scientists and science communicators from coast-to-coast. The goals are to showcase the excellence and diversity of Canadian science and to show how exciting science is."
$ f0 K# `5 B- B0 F$ XAs part of Science Literacy Week, Kids Code Jeunesse will be running free workshops for kids across Canada from Sept 18th – Sept 24th in Libraries and community centres to introduce children to science and code.
; e0 L  Z. V3 v. f* b9 _This September, Kids Code Jeunesse will be in the Edmonton area and we need your help! We're looking for volunteer mentors for Coding workshop.
1 M% G$ x% G& Y( h" `8 vKey Responsibilities:
- mentoring learners and providing support to our lead instructors to help create a warm, friendly and inclusive learning environment for children
