具体岗位要求如下：
9 u& E' i; D! WThe successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing Windows-based business applications
• One or more years’ experience working with .NET framework
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
* ]0 R6 n# o4 N. W4 O• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
• Knowledge of software design and testing methodologies
8 O' q; S7 P6 B+ g/ t• Experience with translating and documenting user requirements
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

These additional qualifications would be an asset:
• University degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a Computer Diploma from a registered technical school
• Experience designing effective graphical user interfaces
, ^" m. U) @' L% @' L) a• Experience with code-reuse strategies with multiple developers
: N  H  C# N) Q• Experience with interfacing with hardware
• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services
• Experience porting legacy applications to .NET
• Experience developing rich web applications

& D9 R8 Y& G/ O+ _4 V8 h• Strong verbal and written skills in a language other than English, preferably Spanish or French
