The Director of Care is responsible to support care team with necessary equipment and educational instruction to maintain a high care standards for residents; the Director of Care is responsible to be involved in organizational and professional activities that will support innovation to address individual resident care needs.3 h. Qualification: 3 ^' y3 }- t# C# F 0 ~+ ]8 f; a% a2 e: xMust be a registered nurse and possesses CARNA registration in good standing. A degree in nursing will be an asset.
