The Director of Care is responsible to support care team with necessary equipment and educational instruction to maintain a high care standards for residents; the Director of Care is responsible to be involved in organizational and professional activities that will support innovation to address individual resident care needs.: e; H: B1 [. Qualification: % W5 {) w4 C, ~; |. H/ q n 4 j3 V* f$ x" R- t3 j, Y3 {Must be a registered nurse and possesses CARNA registration in good standing. A degree in nursing will be an asset.
