The Director of Care is responsible to support care team with necessary equipment and educational instruction to maintain a high care standards for residents; the Director of Care is responsible to be involved in organizational and professional activities that will support innovation to address individual resident care needs. 6 ?) x$ }% E3 o- eQualification: .
