The Director of Care is responsible to support care team with necessary equipment and educational instruction to maintain a high care standards for residents; the Director of Care is responsible to be involved in organizational and professional activities that will support innovation to address individual resident care needs. Must be a registered nurse and possesses CARNA registration in good standing. A degree in nursing will be an asset. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in health care is required. Time spent in a management role will be an asset. Equivalent qualifications will be considered.) z8 M6 {2 u( F7 |3 i4 S% t
