In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

3 S  E4 ]9 ~# |3 |Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships

- G3 y8 n4 _9 ]; C$ ?, DEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
" F0 ]2 \8 J& z+ Z$ @Be accountable for decision and actions
. R: n5 a; r! R) n/ g# hMitigate risk to the organization.
0 M  N5 U5 n: j  GEducation:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
- f$ f* F6 n$ s( ^. p) cExperience:
# q. D9 J7 |) l" o- V+ i* s" T
Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
0 u2 L! \" c' J' a1 ESenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

' M% W8 w- [5 KCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
