In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

! Q4 a# Y# {1 {+ \Lead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
) Y) J; j# T3 q' L- PAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
$ j! i0 R5 z5 F- m9 S8 V$ zEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
4 L5 W* @$ O# _Be accountable for decision and actions
- |# C* L: b8 dMitigate risk to the organization.
Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
8 @  D% F2 {9 E- z• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
! z5 I- Y' q' ?$ J4 l) a# TExperience:
7 n1 n; \/ {  u9 S
Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
! |/ p& o% r1 f" o4 O/ Z( }, |Professional:
( Y5 ~& P6 _; `7 O
Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

& h1 A  @- a% }# FCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
0 A4 [0 B8 w# }: b( ^# JMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
