In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
9 J9 @( R/ {; x; n+ `Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
8 B' T( o( C4 F5 J) ^Be accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
2 G9 x$ ?8 ]" V( x5 s7 h( OEducation:

  ^+ E9 D- b9 D# f0 l, b+ V+ `A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
" K* {* p% d1 G' `• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

2 Z, z: t3 \/ ~& V8 m$ w7 F: bCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.

Must have clear criminal record
