In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

- J* D' p# T$ U  hAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships

( _8 x9 O$ \) ?) M7 R$ e% dEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
! A7 X& `1 m7 p( d+ NMitigate risk to the organization.
* o( ]2 X" U% a2 I* Q# L4 L1 FEducation:

7 u1 h5 d1 M) k! {A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
) H) F- }4 I' N# g, ~5 o• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
' I) W% f/ l* ~& L# F+ K5 y% c; I: fExperience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
1 e' o% d* t( B' LPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

0 t5 @$ H, E% Q2 j# p0 W! qCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).
