在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR/ t$ Q4 _  R" [* j' i 
2 packages yeast 
+ {% O& Y% [1 o8 D" {6 s1/3 cup nonfat dry milk 
1 g8 I4 r1 ^. a: ^0 G1 teaspoon salt+ Z9 w0 c( l& Q 
1/2 cup pineapple juice

1/3 cup shortening) s3 z" s6 {5 p6 ? 
1/4 cup honey' q4 r- H3 d0 r  h7 x

1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired, P% q- M9 Z* i4 [ 
 
6 p% Z7 _7 h# G  MIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and8 f1 z7 R5 D) S/ R 
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice 
2 D7 L0 e( J; b: s, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ; 
( S0 T: P3 v5 w( O8 m' cshortening does not need to melt.) 
' }5 [1 k* l  T/ O5 z2 S4 U: DAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed 
2 c& }7 ~# w8 Q; e3 }3 J+ _/ _0 s: Cuntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 0 r7 J. P: K+ j- f9 W- |

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured , Y+ j8 u7 m# N6 K 
surface 
" z$ I# |3 h% k- }- N5 G5 O3 funtil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,5 j& V% I0 G, ~8 F3 c9 l+ x 
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf. 
. g0 g. B4 I, H5 kPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place 9 ?- m7 q5 l% b5 j/ O* r

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool. |
