适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- Z) m1 X5 g% H2 packages yeast7 e# g7 ?8 ?6 c6 ?( r, C. I
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
- F6 i! I8 k# h5 ?9 I+ {1 teaspoon salt9 H5 T% ^% Z/ a! Z, Y( j/ t: G
1/2 cup pineapple juice1 L$ e6 q( v6 u6 N( T
1/2 cup water5 _% |2 Z, J% E2 Z  [: [
1/3 cup shortening( L8 p) T1 b$ g
1/4 cup honey
. q; c/ G' [+ K+ O2 eggs# Q: d+ t% @% ?- ^$ Q) p$ z' C
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
4 ~  S! B/ v+ S& H* J1 [- H+ {
( k3 L! y# r, n& D& P! JIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
4 c/ Q* n# X2 Ksalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice# p( Y9 _' x6 y7 c
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;) l1 h% q6 J& `' g3 @+ s
shortening does not need to melt.)% a% w7 R9 a2 n- t* x/ J: Y
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed: ^% G/ X- k8 [6 ?7 o3 k3 Y4 X
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually # R8 l. r7 Q) e$ I2 X) B4 k
stir
6 z+ T$ i1 e& Y' q& a3 @9 ]! Rin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured 9 ]$ E4 h" c9 M& q2 P0 H
surface8 B* J- @6 G9 b! ], O: H& \  @
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
8 J; k- T& @4 a% Eturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes( u) j. b7 C7 L* {+ H- @1 \
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).1 m- Z/ \- D7 H$ U

0 h2 i/ n6 U& l, x+ oPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.! ?& i6 i: q* j; M5 ~
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place
0 o6 ?9 o/ D# @- x' M+ X15: u+ S! |% Z9 K' d- {
to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly' ?7 ~0 F, ~7 }4 M. d0 g# D
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree # K7 C" s( J* E' X4 o
for1 D+ b) v6 N0 D* G
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
