2 packages yeast
) Y4 j6 u# @5 Y9 X) W7 }4 ]1/3 cup nonfat dry milk

1/2 cup water* v% ]3 h7 t+ l9 U e
1/3 cup shortening

1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

$ L: t+ t; x. Y! ^: h$ PIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and) }7 }8 M A# z) D: `, m
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
0 F: S+ z* Z& d1 g. ^, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed9 x' n. J' s9 f+ J7 s- ]' F3 ]
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually * c8 B' g' A1 Q; i, Z

! y' [. S9 o+ [3 Cin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

% D# j9 W8 p! t* W) Lturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
