) e. L/ C" G! @1 M- m, f4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1 r2 c J5 Q0 L7 S1 @1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
8 |4 ~6 G* T+ L3 t0 _1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup water

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and

) a) J( \7 l5 w7 [7 s5 v% B, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
1 L' G: J% \6 N* Ountil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

) C9 i" v' U( B8 k% cin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,

Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
