( k0 t5 X, R+ [3 N1. 是不是只能邮寄啊，不能网上提交吧？
2. 如果一家三个人 是不是可以都放一个大信封里面一起寄啊。 还是要分开寄去啊。

如果是加急申请更换pr 卡，可以网上递交
* ~. Z# h6 Z. \# Y9 vYou require urgent processing of your renewal/replacement Permanent Resident card. To be eligible for urgent processing, you must provide:
proof of travel (itinerary or ticket) that shows your full name, destination and travel dates;
1 m- J3 V& N( E; R6 ]" O  w$ h7 ]proof of payment for the travel that shows the date you paid, the full amount you paid, and how you paid;
- V# V: l3 O4 V3 r* Sa letter explaining the reason for the urgency; and
$ v, a9 h# z. ~+ `" c  Mproof of the urgency (e.g. a doctor’s note, death certificate, or letter from your employer).

  V! T" v! J4 T, x7 n/ H2. 我平常周末在邮局帮忙，对此比较了解。如果你用 express post 大信封，可以把材料分装到小信封里面，上面写上各个申请人的名字，然后把这些信封塞进这个大信封里面。
