-打开和关闭商店

-设置地板和窗口显示

-及时、专业地解决客户投诉。

-必须能够处理多任务

-经验优先

Job Duties:

- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales

- u. y/ j$ v) A" K. f  v' O; D2 O- Organize and distribute staff schedules

- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..

- Opening and closing procedures

5 v: p# V5 ]& T8 I+ D: }( y, B) `/ w- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

! q! F/ V& b$ f! X+ V  H- Set up floor and window displays

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:

- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork

- Able to read Japanese is a plus

Job Type: Full-time (35 hours minimum)
