- Customer service background
- b  G0 W0 O4 z% S& q- Typing speed 35 wpm as minimum
! Y" g7 v0 h4 w' R$ b- C5 K3 r, ]- Excellent computer skills
8 S6 t/ T9 C9 x8 }& }9 O- Multi- tasking   
3 R3 s. a) ^& C2 R% J( w- Speak fluent English & Cantonese
