Your Key Responsibilities
4 I3 |( T, @7 n4 N•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
8 k" ]$ j0 D9 y! t•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
  g6 E/ G, T' c; z$ w2 Q8 p•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials
- h  l# c. i. B1 N/ _•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
% U7 ^+ {. h% U) ^& C  P•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
, `! R# b2 u) j; ?) C+ w•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
