Your Key Responsibilities
( e: I# a2 z4 I: [1 r" K* ^0 [# \$ T•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
' d7 ?% c$ P: o9 X# N•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
6 D% `; J* \; Q•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
4 _; f) K: T, z•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
  B/ a2 x$ H$ f9 I•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials
8 F; s( o0 M0 P6 S2 F" ?: l1 g" n•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
  r; V4 S8 l5 g- M/ @2 g  k•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
- e- D: S* N" k4 g9 }1 ^; r* r( v•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
7 ?" D4 l# }+ r0 |; `$ |•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
6 O; d( H7 L3 Q1 f; h" f% i6 H•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
8 _% F+ Q, C% c% K2 a% N•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.
