8 m- G& b% g# N# aKnowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
& u3 N" j4 n2 m) U) k-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
- D. O% Y6 b/ @& R1 S4 R-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
; c4 _( n3 k% _6 Y; f" @4 F& i. W-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
( g0 ~3 S6 I! V5 S. u' v+ h-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
9 b, k- ~7 F1 l& v-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
- I) d0 }2 P8 {* _, ^% f9 P; U% ^, ~-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
# G; j" D3 Z/ b. n( g  L-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
