Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- F( k& }5 N; F, v4 `-Completion of a post-secondary education
. c' X8 r4 W# E# J* R; M-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
8 `1 A- `( s/ Z1 `-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
% I  X+ i% D; T3 ?-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
2 W# x7 ]( d; s-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
0 \1 K: A1 H9 L. T. [( \0 ~+ K-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset

-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
