- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
" v6 M" n4 ?& y8 H, A1 H- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
5 Y  `# G% C; z0 b- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
" v( V* |7 B5 R( ~5 M- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.

8 n8 c/ W! [5 U& X8 k/ q- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
