Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
0 ]2 V4 R; D. x- X• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
% P/ T' @+ I/ m• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
4 c, l; V3 L) O" f. y8 H• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
$ A( N1 y! }( p/ r( J1 l- _% W• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  G, e2 K+ @1 x) [: T6 C• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
$ Y. {2 {# i1 R& O• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
1 ]0 J: }# B( n• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.

• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
