Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
* E1 J. L+ ^6 {  Z  P• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
; U. S; Q3 @% T0 I  F• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.

• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
% s0 c8 r+ o# h5 F5 T• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
' z! y  k/ u0 a$ a3 \4 U: k• Strong computer skills and knowledge
# a7 ~  p$ R$ t7 `8 r# g• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
! `. z" j  I4 b3 Y; i• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
& ]7 w( A6 F  ~; p9 @• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
