Job Description
0 {4 X& j h/ i$ @9 L& d( X! w' AResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
( i- m6 g4 d0 I& ]Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
# q' v9 z% |$ @7 k J( VResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.; y% s. @; |" c- F) Y b
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.! W% u, e- p L7 \+ x! B4 m& ^$ F
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
% R) U8 e. b/ c W7 WResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
2 P' b4 u l: v6 r, }2 Y9 z9 pNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
. T) o5 ^4 S, mImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
1 f* x) q" @& r& _Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
4 G5 I" Y$ U6 _" I6 `. F5 a1 lHelp desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
