Job Description
% L4 I$ [& N+ p2 H5 w' q' u. |Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.9 j k, G7 x6 x4 ]: P% r
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.5 g0 ~. P6 ~2 [
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
5 L" g1 Z7 y- ~+ lResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
& e2 L5 b8 k4 q0 X+ fResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.; @: e2 M" f2 a( x7 x
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
T6 B6 E; m ~3 U' p/ M2 x- @. eNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.4 Q/ L- d. C9 ^' m" ^ l( f1 x7 H
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.

Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
