Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
; v$ E- I& G3 P" Q) nResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.; T. ]2 D4 k8 q+ P2 B
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
# A6 D6 a% u" Y1 xResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
% q: l6 t/ ^& N3 |, L( D: BResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users. o u! q2 y# G# [6 K+ [
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
- w7 h7 [5 l& BNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.3 q4 P- \7 T8 U/ D( ~! N t
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
" q( K% O0 r# \5 t `2 qBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.7 c# v6 j1 y' ~- ^' T5 s3 |4 R9 x
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
