# y/ j2 U( i6 _7 z& J+ JThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
3 I' g: t0 J$ q  N7 p/ ?4 O-Job Responsibilities:
6 {8 m$ G& C/ t% U/ b( ]9 t4 |Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
% f. k  u) S7 j0 HMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
7 {4 f9 n$ L& q9 bMaintain daily production records.
Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
