-Job Description
The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
9 r1 f8 ^4 R1 `$ H, c3 Z% k( Q$ }Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
! P( {; K4 B  Y% h0 l: DMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
% V& S# J  o8 q' X" EOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
1 E- X/ G5 s3 w6 D% S# CMaintain daily production records.
Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
