! J3 w- p) }( A3 S: N8 B$ e# [The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
" V' A' g4 U3 [: W/ O/ J& J-Job Responsibilities:
" m  @1 j; b# G: G9 sCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
8 m2 A  P5 g4 F0 JEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
$ C/ a, N5 B5 e, ?! x2 D! [Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
7 H2 i/ L) K. n6 r7 C3 M3 H5 e) W) TMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
% T0 L- h8 U* S5 VMaintain daily production records.
Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

Ability to lift up to 20lbs, Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment Ability to stand for an extended period of time Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends Likes dealing with people Ability to work in a team.
