6 l8 m8 t4 g0 y7 @1 }3 W" KThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
6 q! C2 V" m: Z# C8 {$ q' y* `. p-Job Responsibilities:
" B( z; h. I9 N: h( OCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
: P; `" l3 x( V9 l' s! G; b3 L7 |6 zProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
# i7 ?  n& I7 n/ p1 n  IMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
